The deeper hued 2019 Syrah Arnaut Boushey Vineyard is all Syrah from Dick Boushey's vineyard in the Yakima Valley that was mostly destemmed and spent 16 months in 15% new French oak. Blackberries, ground pepper, smoke game, scorched earth, and graphite are some of its nuances, and it's medium to full-bodied, has ripe, present tannins, and displays a balanced, classical Washington State Syrah character that will benefit from 2-4 years of bottle age and keep for over a decade.
