(15.7% alcohol) Medium ruby. Explosive aromas of crushed raspberry and blackberry, black pepper and violet. Then sweet, pliant and graceful in the mouth, with a seamless texture and perfectly integrated acidity; the feminine side of zinfandel. Finishes impressively long and sappy, with creamy dark berry flavors enlivened by juicy acids. Superb zinfandel.
