The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is a potent, very young wine. Blackberry, gravel, incense, menthol, chocolate and dried herbs make a strong opening statement. Huge swaths of tannin are a bit forbidding today, but there's a ton of fruit packed into all the layers. The 2021 is a classic Laurel Glen Cabernet Sauvignon with brisk acids, big tannins and tons of savory character. I would not even think about touching a bottle anytime soon.
