The medium to full-bodied 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Oakville is streamlined and silky, even if a bit lacking for richness and concentration. Still, it has pretty oak shadings and attractive notes of cassis and black cherries. Drink it over the next decade.

The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Oakville is a beauty, revealing a dense ruby/purple color as well as a great nose of spice, red and black currants, tobacco leaf, and cedary herbs. Full-bodied and nicely textured, with a great mid-palate, this incredibly satisfying, balanced 2018 can be drunk today or cellared for 15-20 years. It’s well worth seeking out.
