Score 94/100 · Drink 2011-2026, Robert Parker, May 2011

The most evolved, the 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, appears to be close to full maturity, although it is capable of lasting another 10-15+ years. The creamier of these two wines, it reveals abundant black currant, cedar, licorice, graphite and inky characteristics, medium to full body and a ripe, opulent, spicy personality. To reiterate, it is ideal for drinking now and over the next 10-15+ years. These two offerings are similar in quality, even at age ten. Tel. (707) 945-1220; Fax (707) 944-0744
