Score 93-95/100 · Drink 2024, Neal Martin, Sep 2022

The 2021 Chablis Montmains 1er Cru has a lively, mineral-driven bouquet that has more penetration than the Vaillons that precedes it during my tasting at the domaine. The palate is medium-bodied with a fine bead of acidity, very saline and citrus-fresh, quite intense on the finish that lingers in the mouth. Superb - although be warned, there are just four barrels this vintage.
