2022 Du MOL Chardonnay Lorenzo

The 2022 Chardonnay Lorenzo Vineyard comes from vines planted in 1974 and was harvested on September 1, before the Labor Day heat wave. It has understated aromas of white peach, quince peel, acacia and button mushroom. The light-bodied palate is compelling. It's defined by a silky texture and offers a dynamic interplay between expansive flavors and electric, structuring acidity. It will be long lived in the cellar. Only 190 cases were made.
