Musky aromas of ripe peach, nut oil, honey and vanilla. Ripe but not especially fruity; with strong mineral and floral tones along with some citrus notes. This boasts good fat and chewy, old-viney density of texture, especially for the vintage. Finishes with sneaky lingering sweetness.

Cask sample. Smoky and mineral on the nose, and rather peppery on the palate. Intense and beautifully sustained. (JH)

Pale lemon-yellow color. Vibrant aromas of pineapple, lemon, minerals and spices. Juicy, sweet and perfumed; a highly aromatic, stylish midweight with impeccable acids to frame its pineapple and spice flavors. Finishes subtle and long. At once densely packed and elegant.
