The 2019 Bianco Secco lifts up with a rich and alluring display of musky dried peach, apricots, honeyed florals and hints of sweet cream. It’s soft and round in texture yet not weighty; instead, it’s energized by vibrant acids and minerals, while showing ripe orchard fruits and hints of mint. Notes of fresh apple, geranium and pretty inner florals linger long through the refreshing finale. The Bianco Secco is a blend of 80% Garganega, 10% Trebbiano Toscano, 5% Sauvignon, 3% Chardonnay and 2% Saorin.
