Tasting notes
A more backward, restrained, but even more concentrated wine is the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon, showing loads of blackberry fruit, incense, charcoal embers, subtle oak and a nice, earthy, ripe, blackberry and cassis scented-nose and flavors. This should drink well for 25-30 years.

The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon hits the senses with power and intensity. Vertical, structured and remarkably vivid in the glass, the 2013 is simply fabulous. A host of crushed rocks, game, smoke, black cherry and crème de cassis come to life as this massive, vertically built Cabernet Sauvignon shows off its personality. Virile and imposing, the 2013 is going to need at least a few years to fully come together, but it is magnificent, even at this early stage.
