Limpid violet. Ripe, spice- and smoke-tinged black raspberry, cola and a hint of musky flowers on the deeply perfumed, expansive nose. Juicy red and dark berry liqueur flavors are sharpened by a spike of smoky minerality and pick up an allspice nuance with aeration. Concentrated as well as lively and focused, with no rough edges. A sexy floral quality emerges on the energetic, spice-laced finish, where well-knit tannins add shape and gentle grip.
