Tasting notes
The large-scaled, opulent 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve offers up notes of cedar, dark chocolate and cassis but also a distinct hint of bell pepper on the nose. Full-bodied, lush and supple, there's a lot to like on the palate, where the slightly green note is less distracting.

I loved the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, a big, opulent, full-bodied beauty that boasts a vivid purple hue, gorgeous aromatics of cassis, spring flowers, classy oak, and spice, ultra-fine tannins, and a great finish. This is one of those round, seamless, incredibly sexy wines that could come from nowhere else outside of Napa Valley. Drink this killer bottle of wine over the coming 15 years.
Opaque, dark and brooding. Lots of wood and extraction here, with sandalwood, incense and blackberries. Violets, raisins and dark chocolate on the palate, with lots of sweet blackberries. Chewy and dense. Try after 2025.
