Blended with 20% Cabernet Franc, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Jemma is more fine, focused, and vibrant, with remarkable purity in its black raspberry and cassis fruits as well as floral and graphite nuances. It's balanced, medium to full-bodied, has ultra-fine tannins, and not a hard edge to be found. It's going to evolve for 15-20 years.

The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Jemma is superb. Black cherry, plum, lavender, graphite, espresso and mocha are nicely amplified in a plus, racy, explosive and succulent style that works so well here.
A blend of 81% Cabernet Sauvignon and 19% Cabernet Franc, Ellman's 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Jemma is dark and brooding, with notes of mocha, dark chocolate and ripe plums. Medium to full-bodied, dense and concentrated across the palate, with a long, velvety finish, this is nearly as compelling as The Estate bottling, but it's also nearly as expensive.
