Long and perfumed, this is an elegant, expressive Montrachet from Fontaine-Gagnard.

The 2018 Montrachet Grand Cru has a much more intense, richer bouquet compared to the domaine’s other two grand crus, offering scents of dried honey, quince, honeysuckle and jasmine, all very well defined and determined to make an impression. The powerful, voluminous palate is well balanced with a fine seam of acidity, superb grip and an outstanding finish that fans out. This is a Montrachet with a great crescendo. A great "Monty" from the domaine, although just one-and-a-half barrels were produced this year.
