Score 17/20 · Drink 2017-2028, Jancis Robinson MW, May 2018

Forest floor, a drying bouquet of flowers and a mix of pert red berries – cranberry and currant – open the nose then move to more bursting fruits with spice lift and earthy undergrowth on the palate. Nice complexity. A bit of candied cherry and blood orange  on the finish. Good concentration and persistence. Ample fine powdery tannin is washed through with mouth-watering acidity through a long finish. (ECB)
