2009 Montrachet Grand Cru

A ripe nose mixes predominantly yellow orchard fruit, resin and hints of papaya though there are background notes of white peach and pear present. There is good richness to the generous, indeed even opulent flavors that possess good mid-palate concentration if limited refinement, all wrapped in a sappy finish of moderate persistence.
