Wafting from the glass with aromas of green apple, iodine, fresh bread and oyster shell, the 2018 Chablis 1er Cru Montmains is medium to full-bodied, layered and satiny, with bright acids and a chalky finish. This has turned out beautifully.

Attractive, ripe green mangoes, white peaches and fresh lemons in an expressive nose. A very, very plush, fresh and succulent feel here. This has terrific roundness and a long pull to close. Good volume and density here. Drink on release.
