Score 89-91/100 · William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Jan 2019
Moret's 2017 Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru La Perrière reveals attractive aromas of cassis, raspberry, licorice, blood orange and loamy soil, followed by a medium to full-bodied, succulent palate with velvety tannins and good depth at the core. The 2017 vintage already displays more energy than the inaugural 2016 rendition, so the future appears to be bright for this cuvée.
