2003 Archery Summit Pinot Noir Amis Cuvée Rouge

Medium ruby. Ripe blackberry, oak spices, coffee and an earthy, sassafras quality on the nose. Rich, quite ripe and sweet, with flavors of spicecake, sultana raisin, kirsch and vanilla. Shows a bit of heat on the finish, which is concentrated and almost liqueur-like in its sweetness.
