Tasting notes
Round and sweet. Massive amount of fruit. Very pretty without being weak. Long undertow. Really charming but with a bit of potential too. VGV (JR)

The 2014 Marsannay had been racked three weeks previously and I tasted the final cuvée, whereby about half the fruit derives from the domaine's own vines. It has a tightly wound bouquet with black cherry and a vein of sous-bois. The palate is medium-bodied with chewy tannin, moderate acidity with a firm, quite voluminous finish that needs just a touch more depth.
