Score 94-96/100 · Drink 2016-2035, Robert Parker, Oct 2016

An early peek at the 2015s reveals what seems to be another incredible year in Northern California, but with small yields, especially for Zinfandel, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, but even Bordeaux varietals were down in production. The other 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon from Oakville, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon, comes from the same three vineyards that I mentioned for the 2014, and shows an even greater level of ripeness, glycerin and plumpness than the 2014, but a forward, low-acid, incredibly rich, lush style with terrific purity and ripeness. The 2015s, much like their 2014 siblings, were all aged 17 months in 100% new French oak. Brilliant. Drink now-2035+
