Score 93/100 · Drink 2014, Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Mar 2014

Remoissenet's 1967 Chambertin Clos de Bèze Grand Cru is quite a bit fresher and more vibrant than the 1967 Chambertin tasted alongside it. Dried rose petals, violets, mint and leather add complexity as the layered, beautifully expressive Burgundy fleshes out in the glass. I don't see too much upside from cellaring bottles further, but the 1967 is singing today. Tasted November 2012.
