Score 18.5/20 · Drink 2024-2041, Jancis Robinson MW, May 2024

Tasted from magnum. Chardonnay. Bloom on 13 June. A warm spring and moderate summer but with significant heat spikes (up to 116 °F). Harvest on 26 September. Yields were 1.4 tons/acre with fruit chemistries of 23 Brix and pH 3.25. Medium gold in colour with a gorgeous peachy, creamy nose and tropical notes: pineapple, mango, a hint of sweet sticky rice. Incredible concentration and lively acidity that goes on and on. Outstanding. (SCJ)
