Tasting notes
The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Deep Time spent 48 months in French oak barrels. Deep garnet in color, it offers a profound fragrance of potpourri, star anise, sautéed herbs, rusty nails and cigar box, over a core of blackcurrant preserves and prunes, plus a waft of crushed rocks. The full-bodied palate is concentrated and satiny, offering exhilarating layers of of exotic spice and incense-spiked black fruit preserves, finishing with amazing length and depth. It is ready to drink now and should continue to evolve and cellar over the next 25 years+.
