This represents the first tiny harvest from two year-old vines: tiny, thin-skinned, largely seedless, spontaneously shrivelled berries. Aromas of blood orange, celery salt and celery root. Drippingly glyceral in the mouth with layered flavors of orange and apricot. Insistently citric and bright in the mouth. Creamy, elegant, subtle finish of citrus and herbs.
