2019 Nicola del Negro Chambave Muscat

This wine bursts open to explosive aromas of honeysuckle, star jasmine and lots of zesty tropical fruit. Executed in a relatively dry style from 40-year-old vines, in which you can just make out some residual sugar in the softness and roundness of the mouthfeel, this might make an offbeat pairing partner to a savory salami or cured bresaola. The Nicola Del Negro 2019 Vallée d'Aoste Chambave Muscat is a cheerful and refreshing expression of Moscato. You might as well have a little fun with this wine (even though a mere 1,900 bottles were made).
