Aromas of lemon oil and waxy lemon rind mingle with nuances of wet stones and smoky struck flint, introducing the 2017 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Le Cailleret, a medium to full-bodied, nicely concentrated wine that's beautifully incisive, precise and mineral profile. This will appeal to purists and is a cuvée I sought out for my own cellar.
