Score 91/100 · Drink 2021-2036, Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Nov 2019

The 2016 Barbaresco Autinbej is a very pretty entry-level wine in this range. Black cherry, spice, menthol, licorice and dried flowers all open up in a fruity, forward Barbaresco that will drink well right out of the gate. This is such a delicious and inviting wine.

Dried-strawberry and watermelon aromas follow through to a medium to full body, firm and polished tannins and a flavorful finish. Shows focus and intensity. Drink after 2021.
