Tasting notes
The 2020 Saint-Romain Perrière performs especially well this year, exhibiting aromas of citrus oil, crisp green apple and white flowers, followed by a medium-bodied, elegantly textural palate that's saline and precise. It's well worth seeking out.

The 2020 Saint-Romain Perrières has the most mineral-driven bouquet, articulating its limestone soils with aplomb, hints of tropical fruit popping their heads up with time. The palate is taut and fresh, wonderful umami here with the mouth tingling on the aftertaste. Excellent.
