Score 16.5/20 · Drink 2019-2026, Jancis Robinson MW, Apr 2021

Very pale greenish straw. Composed, confident with some evolution. Almond paste on the nose and refined acidity on the palate. Bone dry – drier than some other vintages. I wouldn't mind a little more obvious fruit. Great purity but just a touch of austerity. A little green-fruit flavour. Not the most persistent vintage of this wine. (JR)

Honeycomb, rosehip and quince – really classic and precise, with a overtly mealy note on the finish and a touch of dairy character too. Superb length and concentration on the finish. (RH)

Less obviously oaked than their Rémus, with a more tart and angular style to the palate. Long, honey-on-toast finish. Waxy and glossy on the nose. (RH)
