2020 Bernkasteler Badstube Kabinett

Although the fruit is still delicate on the nose, it seems slightly more exotic in its expression. Almost lurking in the background one can just detect a hint of cool  minerality. On the palate a juicy beginning features the fruit of pear and orange, but as the flavour goes on, a stone-dusty mineral element introduces a tactile grip. A little spice rounds off an accomplished Kabinett performance. (MS)
