The 2019 Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Spätlese (Golden Capsule) AP 23 / Auction is bright, very precise and fresh on the nose, with pure slate and iodine notes and floral-scented bright fruit. Vivacious and enormously piquant on the palate, this is a highly finessed and seriously structured Spätlese with stimulating, vivacious and salty acidity that leads to a long and seriously crystalline, very elegant finish. Less hedonistic than AP 22 but crystal clear. This AP 23 will be auctioned this or another year. Tasted in May 2021.
