Tasting notes
Green label. Certified Salmon Safe and LIVE-certified sustainable. Certified organic by CCOF and biodynamic by Demeter. Subtle nose with ripe red cherry and spice. The palate has more freshness and herbaceousness than the 2015, with fresh acidity and a complexity of cinnamon spice and red fruit. Harder tannins than the 2018 white label and a bit leaner. Very long and lovely. (SJC)

Medium ruby, the 2018 Pinot Noir Mineral Springs Ranch has pure scents of blueberries, cranberries, licorice, cured meats and burnt orange peel. The medium-bodied palate is powerful, silky and refreshing, with a flourish of dark spices across the long finish.
Shimmering ruby-red. Ripe red and blue fruit, lavender and exotic spice scents take on smoky mineral, licorice and cola nuances with air. Sappy and energetic on the palate, offering juicy boysenberry, cherry pie, cola and allspice flavors supported by a core of juicy acidity. The spice and floral notes repeat emphatically on the long, detailed finish, which is framed by smooth, late-arriving tannins. One-third whole clusters and 40% new French oak. (JR)
This has such ripe red-cherry pinot fruit aromas, as well as forest wood and a swathe of deep-set spices. The palate carries such plush red and dark-cherry flavors in a long, fresh and energetic mode. Commanding pinot with such impressive poise. Drink or hold.
