2018 St Aubin Blanc Murgers des Dents de Chien

Not initially as ripe on the nose compared with the Champ Tirant, perhaps a little more spicy. Rich and creamy on the palate, like baked apples (but not in the least oxidative). Generous fruit, creamy texture and really delicious harmony already, and should become more complex in bottle. (JH)
