2023 Reuilly les Pierres Plates

Full bottle 1,246 g.  Joseph de Maistre bought Domaine de Reuilly from Denis Jamain in 2021, but continued working with him for a couple of years and remains in a close relationship. The labels and branding will eventually change. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Certified organic (Ecocert). Sage and blackcurrant bud and cumin – even more aromatic on the palate than it is on the nose. But also juicy fullness of kiwi and greengage. Creaminess and liquorice mid palate, as it warms. A little snap-pea and green-peppercorn scribble and sign-off on the finish. (TC)
