Two-thirds new oak. Another really pretty nose, showing purity of fruit. Quite herbal – thyme – and some rockiness. Bitingly fresh. Almost minty. Crisp. Fills the mouth and yet not an ounce of fat on this. Ballet dancer doing salsa. Just a teeny bit short on the finish, but there is so much energy that's just nitpicking. (TC)
