The 2017 Bourgogne Chardonnay is a blend of three parcels (this had been bottled in August). It has a light but attractive lemon curd and wax scented bouquet. The palate is nicely balanced with a fine bead of acidity, quite chalky in style with a brisk, Puligny-like finish. Fine. (DIAM closure)

Already bottled, the 2017 Bourgogne Chardonnay offers up aromas of white flowers, citrus oil and wet stones. On the palate, its medium-bodied, elegantly glossy and succulent, though it's quite tight-knit after its recent bottling. As usual, it's an excellent introduction to the domaine's range.
