Much of the fruit for this wine (80%) comes from Remoissnet’s own vineyards – and it is gorgeous. The nose is bright, lifted with purple fruit – crushed blueberries and raspberries. There’s a savoury edge, with an intensity that drives the palate. Beneath the juicy fruit, however, is a mineral line, leading to a long, crushed-rock finish.
