2022 St Aubin En Remilly

There are only two barrels of this wine in 2022. It’s typically flinty and tight on the nose, with greengage and even gooseberry sitting alongside riper white peach. At this stage, the wine is more about texture and structure rather than fruit, with a taut line of saline minerality that drives through the core of the palate, toward a long, pleasingly phenolic finish.
