Drink 0-0, David Schildknecht, Vinous
Apple, cherry, floral and hazelnut aromas. Sweet and creamy in the mouth, strongly tinged with sweet herbs, toasted nuts and pleasantly bitter vanilla. Again, an excellent balance of sugars and acids and a nice underlying sense of slate. Flavors like lemon cream studded with redcurrants, or perhaps cherries on a bed of vanilla custard.
