Score 16/20 · Drink 2009-2011, Jancis Robinson MW, May 2009

Pascal Lachaux says 2007 is not a tiring Burgundy vintage to taste. His own label at Bibendum and Armit is all in bottle. For his négociant wines, see under Lachaux. Very rich and sweet. Easy and fruity but a little bit obvious on the oak. I would happily drink this in a restaurant but it’s not as complex as Grivot’s. (JR)
