100% whole bunch. Racked to tank in November and now on fine lees in tank. Their only wine from Côte de Nuits. Sells to the Wine Society. 20% new oak. Quite a bit darker than the Maison Dieux. Darker fruited too. More savoury and a touch of oak spice. Less sweet fruited and in need of a little more time in bottle. Spicy and chewy. Again a wine with depth and freshness. Straightforward but not simple. (JH)
