Les Sentiers is singing in 2021. The initial impression is of sweet and juicy dark fruit – almost blackberry and black cherry, but with a little air, classic Chambolle delicacy emerges. It’s long and lush, full of mouth-watering fruit, but has perfumed, peony aromatics, dainty redcurrant freshness and chalky minerality that fills the long, lingering finish.
