For the final bottling in Tomatin’s highly coveted Warehouse 6 Collection, the team selected two very special traditional oak hogshead casks (32 and 33), filled in December 1976. Master Distiller Graham Eunson was overawed by the subtle fruit notes and complexity of the 45-year-old spirit, proclaiming it is of the most extraordinary whiskies he’s tasted in his 30-plus-year career. Only 350 bottles of this special, vintage single malt exist. Please note, quantities are extremely scarce and therefore orders are limited to one bottle per customer.
About the producer
Founded in 1897, Highland distillery Tomatin has swelled and shrunk during subsequent whisky booms and busts. Its approachable, light, unpeated style was so popular in blends that Tomatin became the largest malt distillery in Scotland.
