Tasting notes
(47 percent new French oak) Ruby-red. Ripe dark berry and cherry aromas, along with suggestions of candied rose, licorice and peppery spices. Smooth and broad on the palate, showing good heft as well as energy to the fleshy black raspberry and bitter cherry flavors. The floral quality comes back on the supple finish, which features silky tannins and a lingering suggestion of sweet dark berry fruit.

Pale to medium ruby-purple in color, the 2014 Pinot Noir Shea Vineyard has a subdued raspberry and mulberry-scented nose with touches of dusty earth, moss and fungi-covered logs. Medium-bodied, the palate is silken textured with ample freshness and delicate flavors, finishing with uncomplicated earth and red fruit notes.
