Spring 2023 release, in a 50-cl stoppered bottle (which looks almost like a 75-cl one). Very pale, paler than Tio Pepe En Rama. Tangy and substantial. Really long and subtle. (JR)

Drawn direct from the cask, unfined and unfiltered, in April 2022. Only Lustau make three different en rama sherries. Pungent and very concentrated and targeted on the nose and then beautifully nutty (almonds?) and sleek on the palate. Persistent and with so much more to it than most fino sherries. There's a certain richness to this bone-dry wine. So clean and tastes as though health-giving. The most complex wine of the trio. (JR)
2019 release. Average age five years. Mid gold. Apple rind, chalk, salted-almond and camomile tones. Flinty notes, with toasted almond, some salt, spice and a medium-full body. Fairly long, apple-skin and almond finish. (TJ)
Aged the furthest inland, in the town of Jerez de la Frontera, it develops the thinnest layer of flor. Pale gold. Attractive, pungent, middle-of-the-road smoky nose. Very satisfying. Lots of almond chew. Excellent, and much more concentrated than the Manzanilla. (JR)
