2015 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc

The white wine, the 2015 Illumination, is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, with the Musqué clone of Sauvignon Blanc heavily represented, giving it an exotic tropical fruit character and more of the texture of Chardonnay than most wines made from these varietals. Its intoxicating aroma of honeysuckle, tangerine and mango along with some caramelized grapefruit and citrus oil is just delectable. It is fresh, lively, dry and a total hedonistic and intellectual turn-on. Drink it over the next several years.
