Score 16.5/20 · Drink 2022-2028, Jancis Robinson MW, Mar 2023

Full bottle just 1,325 g. Transparent garnet. Pretty, violets on the nose suggest an already-approachable red burgundy. Quite marked acidity with fine tannins. Certainly not a rich red burgundy! Still tight but I think it may well open out now that the bottle has been opened. Clean and complete with a light spiciness on the finish. A slightly warmer temperature than 13 °C will also probably flatter it. (JR)
