2015 Goubau (Cotes de Castillon)

Deep, dark and plum coloured with dark fruits and hints of sour cherry on the nose followed by cedar and spice. Medium wait with the firm tannin profile, crisp acidity and classic structure of the reds of the 2015 vintage. Still so young but the impressively long finish with its luscious and rich dark fruits shows that there are very good things to come. Exceptional for the money.
