Tasting notes
The 2014 Bourgogne Rouge has a fresh, quite effervescent bouquet with orange zest infusing the red berry fruit. The palate is fresh with crisp acidity with red berry fruit, missing perhaps a little weight and density towards the finish at this level. Hopefully it will fill out by the time of bottling.

50% domaine, 50% Fixin grapes bought in. So there is now no Dom Fourrier Bourgogne Rouge. Light cherry red. Super-charming nose. Masses of fruit. Chock-full of pleasure. (JR)
